Associate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing, to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated new attorney to gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and develop expertise in mortgage foreclosure and creditor-side collections. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment, while treating all clients with fairness and respect. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Licensure: Candidate must be licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing. Experience: Legal internship, clerkship, or relevant coursework in foreclosure, collections, or litigation preferred, but not required. Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensure: Candidate must be licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing.
