Real Estate Investment and Finance Associate

Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Investment and Finance Associate to join its Charlotte office. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm and be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver. Required experience should include experience with real estate debt and equity transactions, drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents and purchase and sale agreements, experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters, and the ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and take ownership of work assignment responsibilities. The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000.
