Verrill is actively seeking a Corporate Associate to join our Business Law Group in our Portland, Maine office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) or more years of private practice experience handling general corporate and commercial matters. Experience with middle‑market mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and/or securities offerings is preferred. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, exceptional writing abilities, and outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
