Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate

We are seeking an associate class of 2022 to 2019 with commercial real estate finance experience to join our Global Finance group. Dechert is recognized as one of the few firms — if not the only firm — that maintains a premier commercial real estate capital markets practice concentrating in loan origination, loan acquisition and disposition, securitization, rating agency representation, servicing, workouts/restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $310,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. We are looking for: Hands on experience with commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans. Experience as a key member of deal teams, including and running key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing. Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
