Associate Pharmaceutical We are seeking mid-level associates with 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience to join the Pharmaceutical group. This position can be based in our Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include: Works closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process Prepares and files patent applications Conducts freedom-to-operate and patentability analysis Assists in other responsibilities or projects, as requested or needed Qualifications: A Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry or a related field of study Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York Admitted to the USPTO Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings The expected salary range for this position is $245,000 - $340,000 annually.
