Nogales, AZ and Remote/Hybrid Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced attorney to join its growing agribusiness transactional practice located in Nogales, Arizona. The individual who fills this position must be bilingual in English and Spanish, as this position includes serving clients with cross-border business transactions in the U.S. and Mexico. Candidates should have at least two years’ experience in business transactions, ideally related to agribusiness. The successful candidate will be committed to pursuing and building a career in an agribusiness transactional practice. Candidates need not reside in or near Nogales, Arizona and may work remotely. Occasionally travel by remote candidates to Nogales, Arizona is required. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated candidates with a commitment to providing excellent legal services to grow a well-established and thriving practice. Excellent professional credentials and client service capabilities are required. This is a position for a team player who brings experience in these areas and has excellent analytical, negotiating and drafting skills. State Bar Membership in Arizona, or ability to obtain admission in Arizona within a year of hiring, required. All inquiries will be kept in strict confidence.
