The ideal candidate will have experience on the developer side of real estate transactions, drafting purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations, and other development related agreements and conducting due diligence on complex real estate transactions. While not required, the ideal candidate will additionally have experience representing homebuilders. A broad range of experience in development related work is strongly preferred. Arizona Bar membership, or ability to be admitted upon motion, required. Fennemore offers a flexible work environment, allowing for hybrid and flexible work arrangements.
