About the Opportunity: SMT is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel with 8–25+ years of experience to join, lead, and develop our growing litigation team in our Santa Rosa office. The candidate must have first or second chair trial experience and be adept at managing high-exposure complex litigation matters. The candidate should have the ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters while collaborating with our team of subject matter experts. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-level strategy, supervise junior attorneys, and work on a wide range of disputes, including business, trusts and estates, employment, real property, construction defect, and intellectual property.
