<p><strong>Mergers &amp; Acquisitions Attorney (1-8 Years)</strong></p> <p>Our strategically growing law firm is seeking a talented Mergers &amp; Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join our corporate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions for clients nationwide, alongside a collaborative team of experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment that combines the resources of a large firm with the flexibility to deliver customized, business-focused solutions to clients facing complex transactions.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with clients to develop and execute transaction strategies aligned with their business objectives;</li> <li>Assist in and manage all phases of M&amp;A and investment transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, execution, closing, and post-closing integration;</li> <li>Draft and negotiate definitive transaction documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary agreements;</li> <li>Conduct and manage legal due diligence reviews and summarize findings for deal teams and clients;</li> <li>Analyze legal, regulatory, and competitive considerations affecting transactions across a variety of industries;</li> <li>Advise clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters;</li> <li>Interact directly with business executives, investors, and other transaction stakeholders;</li> <li>Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing deal team, with increasing responsibility as experience grows.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Ideal Candidate Will Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–8 years of relevant experience in corporate transactions, with a strong interest in mergers and acquisitions;</li> <li>Admission to practice law in Nebraska, or current eligibility for admission;</li> <li>Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents;</li> <li>Experience with M&amp;A due diligence processes;</li> <li>Excellent academic credentials</li> <li>Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex legal concepts in both written and oral form;</li> <li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and responsibility;</li> <li>Ability to identify and analyze legal and business risks in transactional matters;</li> <li>Effective analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A people-focused and results-orientated culture;</li> <li>Programs and activities to enhance yo
