Our mission is to achieve exceptional results for our clients, drive innovation in the practice of law, and pursue unparalleled excellence in everything we do.</p> <p><strong>Purpose:</strong></p> <p>Keller Postman seeks a <strong>Senior Arbitration Paralegal</strong> to support its growing practice representing claimants in high-volume, complex arbitration proceedings. This role will be heavily focused on managing all phases of arbitration matters—from pre-filing through hearings and post-award administration—often across thousands of individual claims. The Senior Arbitration Paralegal will be responsible for executing and overseeing complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong emphasis on organization, process management, and attention to detail.</p> <p>This individual will also spend approximately thirty percent of their time coordinating assignments within an assigned arbitration docket, as well as mentoring and training paralegals and legal assistants.</p> <p>This in-person role may be based in Chicago, Washington, D.C., or Coral Gables, Florida. The compensation range for this full-time position is $60/hour to $90/hour, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants across large arbitration dockets, ensuring timely and accurate execution of filings and deadlines.</li> <li>Assist with training and development of legal support staff by coaching and mentoring, particularly on arbitration-specific processes and workflows.</li> <li>Manage all phases of arbitration matters, including demand preparation and filing, arbitrator selection, case administration, discovery coordination, hearing preparation, and post-award processes.</li> <li>Prepare and file arbitration demands, submissions, and supporting documentation with arbitration forums such as AAA, JAMS, and other providers.</li> <li>Track and manage high-volume arbitration filings, deadlines, and procedural requirements across multiple jurisdictions and arbitration forums.</li> <li>Coordinate arbitrator selection processes, including strike lists, rankings, and communications with arbitration administrators.</li> <li>Support hearing preparation by organizing exhibits, wit
