Tax Attorney

*** Non Recruiters Job ***   Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of transactional experience in the areas of corporate and partnership tax for our Morristown, NJ office (hybrid schedule available). The ideal candidate would be able to provide tax advice with respect to corporate deal structures, tax planning, and compliance for business entities. The candidate should also have experience representing taxpayers in federal and state administrative tax disputes before the IRS, state departments of revenue, and in tax litigation in both federal and state courts. LL.M. in Taxation required. Admission to New Jersey or New York bar preferred. Salary range for this position: $140,000 - $185,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
