Employee Benefits Attorney

*** Non Recruiters Job ***   Attorneys with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice areas, with a particular focus on benefit plan design, modification, termination, and withdrawal issues, ERISA notice and reporting requirements, COBRA compliance, executive compensation agreements, and related Internal Revenue Code issues for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office. Portable business strongly preferred. Salary range for this position: $150,000 - $185,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
