Corporate Transactional Attorney

*** Non Recruiters Job ***   McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 6 years of experience handling banking and commercial transactions for the Firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. Work will involve large contracts, regulatory matters, loan workouts, and general corporate issues for financial institutions and other clients of the Firm. Portable book of business preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, corporate agreements, including large contracts, license agreements, and mergers and acquisitions; Manage and coordinate complex transactions involving multiple parties; Provide general business representation to clients, including advice on corporate governance and other related matters; and Maintain and manage assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Qualifications: JD from an ABA accredited law school; Admission to the Pennsylvania bar; Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
