PARALEGAL GROUPS Find your focus Corporate Paralegals Our Corporate Paralegals play a crucial role in facilitating company formations, managing corporate compliance, and supporting venture capital financings for private companies. They extend their expertise to assist in mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and other securities offerings. Additionally, they provide invaluable support to both private and public company clients, aiding in stock incentive programs and ensuring compliance with state and federal securities laws. Venture Fund Paralegals  Venture Fund Paralegals are instrumental in supporting fund formations. Their responsibilities include maintaining detailed tracking spreadsheets to effectively organize limited partner responses to fund questionnaires and related documents. They conduct thorough reviews of submitted limited partner questionnaires to ensure proper completion. Venture Fund Paralegals draft a multitude of investor follow up emails and respond to investor/client questions. They provide seamless access to fund-related materials for clients throughout the fundraising. They oversee the filing of essential documents such as the Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership. They also handle tasks like preparing Blue Sky filings and facilitating the distribution of closing documents to limited partners.
