Job Openings Recruiting Contacts Search Firm Policy Finnegan Alumni ATTORNEY Junior-Level Litigation Associate – Mechanical Finnegan’s Mechanical Practice is seeking junior litigation associates in our Boston office. Successful candidates must have 1-3 years of solid patent litigation experience, including researching and drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion papers. Experience in the mechanical arts combined with knowledge of computer technology, coding, and signal processing. Exceptional writing skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree required. Finnegan’s litigation practice covers all aspects of IP-related disputes, from complex patent litigation and appeals to high-profile trademark disputes. Our 230+ experienced litigators have handled hundreds of cases at all stages of litigation before courts and government agencies across the United States and in Germany and the UK. In the last five years, Finnegan has represented clients in more than 200 appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.
