Experience in the following areas would be favorably considered: Providing legal advice to clients on a variety of litigation issues. Conducting legal research and analysis. Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel. Drafting legal documents. Participating in legal proceedings, including depositions, motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and/or trial. Qualifications: 3-8 years of litigation experience Must be licensed to practice law within the North Carolina or willing to obtain a North Carolina license immediately. Experience representing either plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation. Experience in hearings, depositions, and/or motion practice. Trial and arbitration experience is a plus.
