The primary purpose of this role is to:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stabilize and unblock day-to-day partner execution</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate product evolution into country-level implementation implications, ensuring partners are prepared for roadmap changes and transitions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Triage and resolve the majority of partner questions and issues independently, escalating only strategic, compliance, or high-risk matters</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Marketing to move partner-facing YOU WILL:</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Own Day-to-Day Partner Execution & Triage</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and implementation questions from country teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Resolve ~80% of partner issues and clarifications without escalation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Run regular operational check-ins with priority country teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify risks early and escalate only strategic, compliance, or resourcing tradeoffs</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Lead Product to Field Translation</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop deep fluency in Khan Academy products and translate product changes into clear, actionable guidance for country teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support grassroots and government-level launches with practical implementation counsel</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain a feedback loop to Product on field implications and recurring friction
