In this role, you will turn consumer insights and market trends into clear product roadmaps. You will guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch and ensure our products reflect Stanley 1913's dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainability. It follows a hybrid schedule with 2-3 office days per week.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Do</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support product line planning with trend insight, competitive analysis, marketplace opportunity, and pro-forma costing.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the creation of product briefs, product creation milestone reviews, packaging briefs, and go-to-market product plans.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Turn strategic and creative direction into on-brand, consumer-focused products, leading development through concept, design, tooling, and go-to-market globally.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own product line administration, including new product &amp; collateral development support, new item creation in systems, and global/regional line planning tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate physical and digital assets required to communicate the product line, including prototypes, color/sales samples, product renders/images, and product collateral.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsible for the product pipeline with weekly meetings, project tracking, and timeline management across functions – in partnership with Project Management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with Creative, Commercial/Sales, Marketing and Operations on go-to-market activities such as strategic account pitch creation, product rendering/photography assets, copywriting, and inventory planning.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively communicate needs, deliverables, and progress across functions with an understanding of seasonal or program timelines and Concept to Consumer process.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support product lifecycle management through seasonal reviews of costing, pricing, sourcing, color forecasting, and assortment planning.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Who You Are</span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven understanding of the principles of product creation: design, engineering, product development, manufacturing, and project management.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Creative, analytical, with strong critical thinking skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated interest in consumer products, consumer insights, and market landscape.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Take initiative and prioritize tasks; shows good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactive and effective communicator, able to work with global teams and understands and anticipates the needs of cross-functional timelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in Product Management for consumer goods.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience working directly with product management, sales, and design/creative departments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet (or a similar project management tool).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Expert in building compelling, well crafted PowerPoint presentations</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Previous Product Marketing experience a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">#LI-Hybrid</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stanley 1913 is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
