Für unser Recruiting Team in Frankfurt suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Recruitment Coordinator (m/w/d) Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Deutschlandweite Betreuung der anwaltlichen Praxis sowie unserer Hiring Manager in allen Fragestellungen des Recruitings und Graduate Talent Managements Begleitung unserer Bewerberinnen und Bewerber entlang der Candidate Journey sowie proaktiver Kontakt mit Interessentinnen und Interessenten im Rahmen von Events Konzeption, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von deutschlandweiten zielgruppenspezifischen Recruitment Veranstaltungen und Initiativen Beobachtung und Analyse von Markttrends Präsentation des #teamlinklaters im Rahmen von Recruitmentveranstaltungen Mitarbeit an unterschiedlichen Recruiting- und HR-Projekten Sie passen gut zu uns, wenn Sie: erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Early Career Recruiting oder Hochschulmarketing beispielsweise in Professional Services, der Personalberatung oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld, sammeln konnten ein Gespür für innovative Recruiting-Methoden haben Kommunikationsstärke, Proaktivität, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Organisationstalent zu Ihren Stärken zählen Spaß an Teamarbeit sowie Begeisterungs- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit mitbringen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügen, sowie sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sind Ein sehr gutes Arbeitsklima, Teamspirit und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben motivieren Sie?
