Qualified candidates will have a minimum of four years of complex real estate experience with strong real estate fundamentals; experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions as well as owners and tenants of commercial properties, including acquisitions/sales, refinances, leasing and construction/development projects; drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial loan documents for both borrowers and lenders in both secured and unsecured loan transactions as well as acquisition, sale, and development of commercial real estate.
