What You Will Do Program and commission newly installed fire alarm systems Install and troubleshoot low-voltage fire alarm equipment Perform inspections, testing, and system diagnostics Identify and resolve system issues efficiently Read and interpret plans, manuals, and specifications Complete service reports and communicate with customers Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends Lead and direct helpers or junior installers when needed What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience servicing, inspecting, or installing fire alarm systems High School Diploma or equivalent Associate degree in electrical or electronics preferred but not required Working knowledge of fire alarm panels, test equipment, and communication devices Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screen Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors and in active job site environments Preferred but not required: NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems FASA or BASA certification Pay and Benefits Company vehicle Employee Ownership through ESOP 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and life insurance Paid time off Ongoing training and career development Referral bonuses What to Expect This is a hands-on role working in the field.
