Associate

We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate to join our Aviation team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a globally recognised practice, advising insurers, reinsurers, airlines, and aviation service providers on a wide range of complex and high-profile matters. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of aviation-related claims, including liability, coverage, and regulatory matters Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious aviation issues Handling litigation in the High Court and supporting dispute resolution processes Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal advice Engaging directly with clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders Supporting partners on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional matters About You Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction) 2–5 years' PQE, ideally with experience in aviation, insurance, or complex litigation Strong analytical and drafting skills Commercial awareness and a keen interest in the aviation sector Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a team Excellent communication and client relationship skills
