We are seeking a motivated associate attorney in our Sacramento office to build our Labor & Employment practice section. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in labor and employment matters including advice and counsel as well as ligated matters. Candidate must have substantive litigation experience, including participation in depositions, brief drafting, case management conferences, discovery and alternative dispute resolution. Also required are strong research and writing skills, an ability to communicate and interact with clients, a solid academic record and demonstrated organizational skills. Ideal candidates must be accurate and efficient while working under tight deadlines. The individual will maintain positive contact with clients, observe confidentiality of client matters, and must be team-oriented. ***We are open to remote work arrangements.
