Sobre el equipo: El departamento de derecho público y sectores regulados de Linklaters en España se especializa en el asesoramiento en asuntos complejos con un elevado componente regulatorio. Nuestra práctica combina un alto grado de especialización técnica en derecho público y regulación con una participación activa en operaciones transaccionales, trabajando de forma integrada con los equipos de mercantil y financiero. Centramos nuestra actividad en el asesoramiento recurrente a empresas líderes en el sector en asuntos complejos, estratégicos e innovadores. Áreas de asesoramiento: Como parte de nuestro equipo de derecho público y sectores regulados, prestarás asesoramiento, entre otros, en los siguientes ámbitos: Asesoramiento regulatorio complejo en sectores la energía, infraestructuras y transportes (carreteras, puertos, aeropuertos, data centres, etc.), medioambiente, telecomunicaciones o sanidad, entre otros. Contratación pública, incluyendo servicios públicos, concesiones, ayudas y subvenciones y otros contratos administrativos. Procedimientos administrativos y contencioso-administrativos, incluyendo retribución de actividades reguladas, responsabilidad patrimonial de las administraciones públicas, reequilibrio económico de contratos administrativos y expedientes sancionadores. Operaciones corporativas y de financiación en sectores regulados (M&A, financiaciones y mercados de capitales), incluyendo la coordinación de due diligence y apoyo en la negociación y redacción de cláusulas clave de los contratos de la operación. Negociación de contratos de proyecto y comerciales en sectores regulados (Project Agreements), como contratos de construcción y operación de infraestructuras, acuerdos de compraventa de energía y contratos de acceso a redes. Asesoramiento en materia de control de inversiones extranjeras (FDI) y obtención de autorizaciones para inversiones en sectores estratégicos. ¿Qué buscamos? Un abogado/a con 2-3 años de experiencia, preferiblemente en despacho de primer nivel, y en el área de derecho público y sectores regulados para incorporarse a nuestro equipo.
