Engaging new team members to ensure set up prior to training, delivering the training, and facilitating a handoff meeting with management.</li> <li>Develop new employees into successful team members to be transitioned to a team manager with a high probability of success in their hired role.</li> <li>Monitor and mentor current employees to elevate their skill level to reach new goals.</li> <li>Build relationships with management to identify departmental training needs.</li> <li>Utilize and create training tools such as PowerPoints, handouts, job aids, reference guides, and more that can be deliverable resources for training purposes.</li> <li>Become efficient with the Learning Management System technology capabilities and create needed courses using the company’s preferred LMS platform.</li> <li>Communicate regularly with the training department team members in support of cross-class facilitation and support.</li> <li>Network and build relationships with team members in the departments you provide training support for.</li> <li>Prioritize and engage new and current employees using multi-channel training methods and communication.</li> <li><span class="TextRun SCXW237793070 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW237793070 BCX8">Other duties as assigned or as business needs arise. </span></span><span class="EOP SCXW237793070 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134245529":true,"201341983":1,"335559738":240,"335559740":260}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>5 – 8 years + of <strong>Training / Facilitation and/or Classroom Management </strong>experience preferred in a high volume environment (agency and/or corporate experience)</li> <li>Proven work experience in training, facilitation, developing employees, and coaching; <strong>within a Sales environment preferred</strong></li> <li>Confident, captivating, and effective public speaker</li> <li>Devoted to the education growth, and success of each learner</li> <li>Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills</li> <li>Successfully convey complex materials and processes</li> <li>Customer and employee experience focused</li> <li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li> <li>Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively</li> <li>Must be a proactive and enthusiastic team player</li> <li>Punctuality and dependability are crucial</li> <li>Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat</li> </ul> <p><em><span data-teams="true"><strong>Compensation Ranges - $28.85-$31.25 Hourly</strong></span></em></p> <p><em><span data-teams="true">The candidate offered this position will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.
