Candidates should have a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and passion for employment law. We seek candidates with experience in employment advice and counsel. The salary range for the levels of experience referenced herein is $157,500 – $195,000. Boutin Jones has a hybrid remote work policy that permits attorneys to work remotely up to two days per week in most circumstances. Trust and Probate Litigation Attorney Boutin Jones is looking for a litigation attorney to join its Trusts & Estates practice group, assisting three partners primarily engaged in trust and probate litigation and trials. Candidates must be familiar with litigation procedures including discovery and law & motion practice, in both the California probate and civil courts. Candidates should also have a working knowledge of estate planning documents and trust administration procedures and must be able to work independently. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate independent litigation skills, including the taking of depositions, drafting and arguing petitions and motions, and trial preparation and participation. The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong writing and interpersonal skills, and experience directly interfacing with high and ultrahigh net worth clients. Qualifications: Admitted to the California Bar JD from an ABA-approved law school 4 to 7 years of applicable experience Commitment to the Sacramento region The salary range for this position is $165,000 – $187,500, based on level of experience.
