Must be highly organized, detail oriented and possess exceptional communication, analytical and writing skills. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Professional legal work providing counsel and representation to clients. Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes. Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial. Prepare a variety of legal documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites. Use computer programs, document management systems and other technology to enhance job performance.
