Job Description Fragomen is seeking a Content Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development team. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The team serves as a strategic business partner to the firm’s attorneys and immigration professionals, providing proactive guidance, creative solutions, and high-quality support across the global organization. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative and supportive team to drive proposals, pitches, and content marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in managing RFPs and proposals, developing compelling content, and supporting business development efforts in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As a Content Manager, you will… Drive the end-to-end management and preparation of high-quality, client-focused proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations tailored to each opportunity; Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and key milestones; Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery; Analyze RFP requirements and lead team discussions to define strategy, themes, and deliverables; Collaborate with pitch and design teams to develop customized presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint, Ceros); Facilitate and coach practice sessions for client-facing presentations; Build a strong understanding of the firm, its clients, and key industry sectors; Maintain and update proposal and RFP content within internal systems and databases; Draft and edit marketing content in line with firm style and messaging guidelines; Synthesize and present information clearly using text, charts, and other formats; Communicate effectively across global teams and diverse stakeholders; Provide additional support to the wider Marketing & Business Development team as needed. An ideal candidate should… Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills; Be highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines; Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders; Be proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with a “make it happen” mindset; Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities; Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment; Collaborate effectively across teams and cultures. Let’s talk if you have… A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field; 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or communications, with a strong focus on proposals and pitches; Experience in legal or other professional services environments is highly preferred.
