Job Description Fragomen is looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our Commercial team. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia supporting the business globally. The Pricing Specialist supports Fragomen’s commercial and pricing strategy by delivering accurate, timely, and data-driven pricing solutions. Working closely with legal, finance, and business teams, this role contributes to client proposals, pricing governance, and commercial insights that drive revenue performance. As a Pricing Specialist, you will… Manage and prioritize incoming pricing and commercial requests, ensuring timely turnaround in line with business needs; Support the development of pricing proposals, including RFP responses, client bids, and ad hoc commercial requests; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop pricing solutions aligned with client requirements and firm strategy; Assist in structuring fee arrangements that reflect the value delivered to clients; Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data; Record and track pricing proposals, approvals, and commercial terms across internal systems; Support compliance with internal pricing policies and approval frameworks; Track contractual obligations, including service level agreements (SLAs) and performance commitments; Analyze pricing data, trends, and client behaviors to support commercial decision-making; Develop reports and dashboards to monitor pricing performance and key initiatives; Evaluate pricing strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Let’s talk if you have… A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; 2–5 years of experience in pricing, finance, commercial operations, or a related role; Experience in professional services, legal services, or consulting environments is preferred; Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and data analysis tools; Familiarity with CRM systems or pricing/financial tools is an advantage.
