We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate <strong>Part-Time</strong> <strong>Operations Supervisor </strong>to support our lottery ticket operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, <strong>this position is based on-site in </strong><strong>Brooklyn, NY</strong>. If you’re eager to grow your career in operations, excited about contributing to a start-up, and looking to play a key role in the growth of a new business, this is the perfect opportunity for you!</p> <p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Mondays:10:00am-4:30pm, Tuesdays: 9:00am-2:30pm, Wednesdays: 3:15pm-9:45pm, and Saturdays/Sundays: 3:30pm-10:00pm.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and ensure successful day-to-day lottery processing operations by overseeing and training a team of Operation Associates, proactively making recommendations for operational improvements, and providing general technical support.</li> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for our Operations Associates and support escalations in the absence of the Operations Manager including facility issues, product outages, and staffing gaps.</li> <li>Open or close the location following company procedures (including security protocols).</li> <li>Accurately and efficiently process customer orders to ensure a smooth and organized experience.</li> <li>Maintain all location equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition.</li> <li>Promptly escalate any issues, concerns, or feedback to the Operations Manager.</li> <li>Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.</li> <li>If applicable, support the retail store, including processing transactions, overseeing inventory, maintaining organization, and keeping the store clean.</li> <li>Assist with special projects as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of supervisory/lead experience.</li> <li>A minimum of a High School degree or equivalent. </li> <li>Must be 18 years older.</li> <li>Medium-level technological know-how with the ability to troubleshoot and solve basic technical issues with equipment, operate basic systems and platforms, etc.</li> <li>The willingness to work flexible hours as needed, which may include extended shifts in the day or night and/or occasional weekends or holidays.</li> <li>A passion for learning new processes and technologies.</li> <li>Experience in fast-paced environments.</li> <li>Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.</li> <li>Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving setting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hourly Pay Rate: $22-$27</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>Sick Time</li> <li>Dedication to Lifelong Learning through our Monthly Speaker Series</li> <li>Monthly cultural and social events</li> <li>A values-driven team culture built through intentional hiring, fostering collaboration and alignment.</li> </ul> <p><em>Jackpot is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a safe and inclusive workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
