Venture Fund Clerk

Job Description Gunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Venture Fund Clerk in our Boston office. Job Requirements Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills. This position also requires good judgment, initiative, flexibility and team work. The Venture Fund Clerk’s responsibilities will include maintaining fund formation checklists, tracking investor responses, filing Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund(s) and management company, distributing closing documents to limited partners and preparing closing volumes. Educational Requirements BS/BA degree. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid Status Full Time, Non-Exempt. The annualized base salary range for this position is expected to be $65,000.00-$75,000.00. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
