Diversity Program was established in 2013 to promote and advance diversity, inclusion and opportunities for women and minorities in the workplace. In 2024, TLF partnered with The McLean Collective for a 5-part series of classes aimed at enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within our organization. Led by Kathleen McLean, these sessions were instrumental in shaping our commitment to fostering a workplace culture that embraces DEI principles at every level. Kathleen’s expertise in equity, team building, and leadership development transcended traditional methods, focusing on meaningful dialogue and actionable change. Through engaging exercises and discussions, we explored topics such as implicit bias, microaggressions, and the importance of courageous conversations. Kathleen challenged us to reflect on allyship and solidarity, empowering us to create a more inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued. As we continue to advance our DEI initiatives, we are grateful for Kathleen’s guidance and remain dedicated to integrating DEI principles into our firm’s operations.
