Kennedys is seeking a motivated Associate to join our respected Catastrophic Injury team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients. You will be part of a top-ranked team, working directly under our renowned Partner, Stephen Foster. Your responsibilities will include handling and assisting with a variety of complex motor, EL/PL and sport related concussion claims, including those that are sensitive and have garnered national media attention. Our Serious and Catastrophic Injury team is top-ranked in the major legal directories, has relationships with most of the major insurers, and is renowned for our unique and innovative approach. We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognised as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.
