We are growing and are seeking applicants for the following positions: Associate Attorney – Land Use Law The Fenton & Keller law firm seeks an associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in land use, real estate, and/or public agency administrative law, including easements, city/county permitting, the Coastal Act, CEQA, water rights, land use litigation and writs. Qualified candidates will have strong legal writing, research, and communication skills, and can successfully work independently and with a team. For more than 70 years, Fenton & Keller has offered clients practical solutions to complex legal challenges in the Monterey Bay Area and beyond. As an established, forward-thinking law firm, we believe attorneys and staff working in a challenging yet supportive environment that rewards success, diligence, and efficiency are best able to serve the firm’s clients and attain professional and personal satisfaction. We strive to maintain a collegial workplace focused on quality work and integrity in the practice of law, and in our relationships with clients, the community, and each other. Pay: $135,000 to $205,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
