*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE   Clark Hill is seeking a mid to senior level Trial Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar. Warranty experience is not required; however, all candidates must have the following experience/ skills: Extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediationExceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skillsStrong academic credentialsDetail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethicStrong interpersonal and communication skills The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $170,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
