Senior Associate Litigation Attorney

*** Non Recruiters Job ***   Jellum Law, P.A., a banking and financial services law firm serving clients locally, regionally, and nationally, seeks a highly motivated senior level associate attorney. The attorney will be a member of our litigation team focusing on the enforcement of loan documents, foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcies, and all aspects of state and federal court litigation. The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota, and 5 or more years of experience working with financial institutions in enforcement of loan documents, foreclosure, collections, landlord/tenant and construction matters, and all aspects of civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and/or bankruptcy courts. First-chair experience including case development and strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation is preferred. They should be team-oriented, have strong oral and written communication skills, work with minimal direction and supervision, and have the ability to manage a large, multi-faceted, and fast paced workload. Self-generated/portable clients are not required.
