Commercial Attorney

We are seeking a full-time attorney for our Commercial Section. Experience in commercial and business transactions is required. The candidate must be capable of handling matters of substantial legal significance, have a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, be admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana, and have strong research, writing and interpersonal skills. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a full benefits package.
