Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in negotiating, documenting, and managing business and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate has good business judgment, superior drafting and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to a collegial work environment. Experience in estate planning and trust administration is desired but not required. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a broad base of clients is important. A LLM degree is not required but is a plus. Applicants should have strong academic and writing skills.
