Mid-level associate for our Washington, DC office. Three to five years of demonstrated trade remedies experience (including at least 3 years of antidumping and countervailing duty experience). Seeking candidates with the ability to lead cases before the Department of Commerce or US International Trade Commission -- experience with matters before Department of Commerce or US International Trade Commission is essential. Familiarity with trade issues, policies, agreements, and negotiations. Client-facing role with significant responsibility. Seeking academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to $365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
