Tax Attorney

McCAUSLAND Keen + Buckman is seeking a Tax Attorney. Candidates must have high academic achievement (an LLM in tax is a plus), strong oral communication and writing skills and experience in drafting transactional and organizational agreements. Candidates will need to possess advanced knowledge of federal and Pennsylvania tax laws relating to pass-through entities.
