ATLANTA LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE WWHGD seeks an associate with at least 3 years of employment law experience to work in our Atlanta office. Our Labor Law and Employment Litigation Practice Group represents employers throughout the country in all aspects of labor and employment law, including counseling employers on day-to-day human resources issues, investigation, representation before administrative agencies, and litigation. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and similar laws.
