*Moved from N/R to Recruiters LIVE Garan Lucow Miller P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience for the Firm’s Detroit office. Qualified candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: 1st and 3rd party civil litigation Bodily Injury Premise Liability Auto Negligence Insurance Coverage Position Description Experience will determine caseload and day-to-day workload. Experienced attorneys will manage their own case load as aptitude and established skill sets permit. Litigation associates should expect be a part of many steps in the litigation process, such as reviewing, preparing, and approving pleadings, motions, participating in depositions and expert depositions. Appearance for oral arguments, pre-trial conferences, and trials will be necessary. Hiring Criteria JD from an accredited law school Must be currently admitted to practice law in Michigan (you must already have a P-number) 3+ years of litigation experience Employment Full time – generous hybrid policy after probationary period is completed
