Associate Attorney – Special Education Law

We are seeking a New York–admitted attorney for our Westchester County office with 1–4 years of experience to join our special education law practice. Familiarity with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 is required. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills and be comfortable with substantial client interaction and due process hearings. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and become an integral part of a nationally recognized boutique law firm.
