Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms, with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Knowledge Solutions Engagement Analyst. Reporting to the Director, Process Design & Change Management, this role will create and execute communications and engagement strategies for both short-term and long-term initiatives at the firm. The Knowledge Solutions Engagement Analyst role is part of our Knowledge Management & Practice Services (KM & PS) department, which focuses on capturing, storing, and sharing information to drive practice innovation. The KM & PS team, a multidisciplinary group of professionals, supports our attorneys in solving legal and business challenges and delivering exceptional client services. This position will reside in either our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Primary Functions and Responsibilities Assist the Project Engagement Manager in developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for user engagement, training, and adoption. Manage assigned projects and associated activities to produce deliverables on time and within scope and budget. Regularly monitor and report on end user feedback and adoption progress, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Analyze user adoption metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize engagement strategies. Quickly identify key priorities and translate complex issues to create impactful and easily digestible presentations and communications for stakeholders. Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to create materials that aid in the adoption of our Knowledge Management products. Support the execution of firmwide distributions, including proofreading for data accuracy and clarity. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes within the team/department. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Must be proficient in PowerPoint and have a proven ability to create engaging, high-quality presentations. This includes designing visually appealing slides, effectively communicating complex information, and tailoring content to diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas and information in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to identify gaps, propose effective solutions, and take ownership of projects. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of analytics for tracking and measuring adoption, with a bonus for experience using Power BI or other data visualization tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira.
