Litigation Attorney 5+ Years’ Experience:

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, including handling depositions, motions, and experts, and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules of civil procedure. Helpful experience would include litigation experience such as: Trucking & Transportation, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Commercial Litigation, etc. Candidate must be admitted to practice law in South Carolina. Candidate must have strong communication, research, and writing skills, and must have excellent work ethic and organization.
