About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to work with one or more Estate Planning Attorneys. Responsibilities Assists with initial drafting of estate planning documents Funds trusts with client assets Meets and communicates with clients and client advisors Prepares deeds and accompanying transfer documents Maintains client files Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of paralegal work experience Current ABA-approved paralegal certificate, or attorney attestation Strong follow-up and follow-through skills Excellent organization, time management, and proofreading skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Windows Preferred 5 years of experience working as a Paralegal Experience working in estate planning, drafting revocable living trusts and other foundational estate planning documents Experience with WealthDocs, NetDocs & LawBase.
