Lead Management & CRM Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
We are an international online university seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented part-time remote team member to support lead management and follow-up. Responsibilities include managing incoming leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-up with prospective students via email, telephone, Whatsapp and video conference, tracking activity, and maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in keeping our admissions process structured and responsive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, detail-focused work and is comfortable working independently. Requirements: Fluent in English Strong organizational skills Reliable and responsive Experience with CRM or admin tasks is a plus Flexible hours. Remote. Immediate start preferred.
