Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global, Am Law 20 law firm, seeks a full-time mid-level to senior Litigation Associate in our Salt Lake City office. Litigation associates in GT’s Salt Lake City office work on complex litigation matters for clients in a variety of industries both in Utah and nationally. Candidates can expect to work not only with our local team, but also with other lawyers across our worldwide platform on impactful matters affecting clients both large and small. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of litigation experience and be prepared to work on a variety of complex litigation matters ranging from securities litigation, white collar defense and investigations, antitrust, and bankruptcy to products liability, real estate litigation, and intellectual property disputes. The ideal candidate will: have excellent technical ability, including top-tier writing and oral advocacy skills; have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions, as well as taking and/or assisting in witness preparation and depositions; have the ability to work independently and interface directly with opposing counsel and clients; be highly motivated to learn; actively participate in a team-oriented work environment; have outstanding interpersonal skills; and be willing to participate in business development and community activities on behalf of the firm. Candidates should have excellent law school qualifications and be in good standing with the Utah State Bar.
