Vendor & Technical Support: Manage relationships with automation hardware vendors and maintenance teams to ensure 99.9% uptime of critical sorting equipment. Performance Metrics: Own the operational KPIs, including Parcels Per Hour (PPH), Order-to-Manifest speed, and unit processing costs. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in logistics operations, with at least 3+ years of direct experience managing automated warehouse environments (e.g., automated sorting, robotics, or high-speed fulfillment centers). Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and the mechanical logic of high-speed sorting technology. Logistics Expertise: Proven track record in South China-to-Hong Kong cross-border logistics and international freight forwarding. Leadership: Strong experience in managing both 3PL vendor partners and on-site technical teams. Problem Solving: A hands-on leader who can troubleshoot a system bottleneck or a mechanical failure in real-time. Communication: Bilingual in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is required to bridge our US-based leadership with regional operational partners. Residency: Must be a current resident of Hong Kong.
