Commercial Litigation Associate - Winston Salem

The Winston-Salem office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. is seeking an associate with three to five years of litigation experience to join its commercial litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with experience in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trials. This position offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in a sophisticated and active practice involving complex litigation matters. Experience in construction and/or financial services litigation is preferred. The associate will work closely with experienced litigation shareholders who provide active mentoring, direct client contact, and hands-on professional development. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented attorney with sound judgment and a genuine interest in building a long-term practice.
